proclear lenses

I ingest proclear occurrence lenses and ingest opti-free occurrence resolution with its case. I clean the housing every month. My miss uses bausch & lomb and was told to change her cases every month. They beam her a incase filled with cases, a newborn digit for every month. I conceive that is to much. What do you guys think?

  • TA says:

I change my case every 3 months. Thats what my eye doctor told me to do. I’ve been wearing contacts for almost 3 years now and (thank God) had no problem. I do think every month is too much.

I also wash my case every morning with soap and water then let it air dry.

I’ve often used one case for over a year. The key is to keep it clean. I usually clean it every month with Hydrogen Peroxide and rinse with tap water. Then it’s ready to use again.

I have heard you can boil them to disinfect them. I just don;t know if plastic melts when boiled.

Optometrists say you should change your lens case every 30 days.

If you are wondering if it is necessary, please contact your optometrist or your eyes doctor.
